Mr. Lewandowski has been a thriving member of the Darwin brokerage team since 2002. He effectively services clients in investment sales, owner representation, and tenant representation. Prior to joining Darwin, Mr. Lewandowski developed his corporate real estate skills at CB Richard Ellis and during his internships at M&J WILKOW and Cushman & Wakefield.
Mr. Lewandowski’s achievements at Darwin include facilitating a 10-year lease in Elgin valued at $10 million, a $4 million investment sale in Rolling Meadows and a $5.2 million dollar sale in Franklin Park. The impressive list of companies Mr. Lewandowski has worked with includes Arthur Capital, CenterPoint Properties, Panattoni, ProLogis, Great Lakes REIT, Hines, Rieke Office Interiors, Shorewood Property Investment, Value Industrial Partners, and Luxury Motors.
