Mr. Liston joined Darwin Realty and began his exemplary career in commercial real estate in 1995. Mr. Liston’s hands-on brokerage approach and knowledge of the Chicagoland market allows him to offer invaluable insight to service each of his clients successfully. His areas of concentration include tenant and landlord representation, built-to-suits and development of raw land. In addition, Mr. Liston offers thorough investment services by assisting buyers and sellers in the analysis of potential investment sales and acquisitions.
Mr. Liston’s capabilities are proven by his track record. His clients include some of the largest developers and real estate owners in the country including Panattoni Development, Opus North Corporation and CenterPoint Properties. He represented Amli Commercial Properties in the development of 275,000 square feet in Crystal Lake, Illinois. He executed the investment sale of a 508,000 square foot, 4-building package on behalf of Prudential Real Estate Investors in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Mr. Liston represented Colony Display in leasing a 550,000 square foot build-to-suit in Elgin, Illinois.
Recognition of his brokerage achievements include achieving Principal in 2006, Senior Associate in 2000, and being a finalist for the Frank Mahoney Award for Excellence in 2001. In addition, Mr. Liston has achieved Darwin’s Broker of the Month on numerous occasions.
Mr. Liston is the exclusive agent for OPUS Corporation's Oak View Corporate Park. It is a new 100-acre development located in West Dundee, IL.
