Mr. Daly has been with Darwin since 1988, after nine years as a partner in a manufacturer's representative business focusing on hardware and houseware products. At Darwin, he has completed transactions involving approximately 9,000,000 square feet and valued in excess of $236,000,000.
Mr. Daly represents both tenants and landlords. He handles tenant representation, landlord leasing, acquisition and disposition, investment sales, land development, and consultation assignments. He has experience working with lenders disposing of foreclosed and bankrupt properties. He also has specialized knowledge in logistics and freight. Representative clients include Anheuser-Busch, Inc.; Pickens-Kane Companies; AMB Property Corporation; CenterPoint Properties Trust; Lincoln Financial; Yellow Transportation; R.R. Donnelly & Sons Company; and Transtar A/Z International.
Mr. Daly is one of Darwin's top three brokers year after year and is consistently ranked as one of the top brokers in the Chicago market. As a member of the Darwin management team, he is responsible for overseeing the progress of brokerage assignments and guiding the support staff. He is also the the general partner in several investment projects, which he supervises from conception and acquisition through the investment period and disposition.
