Real Estate Background

Since 1987, Ms. Ross has been an integral member of the Darwin team. She has worked her way up from Property Manager to Vice President – General Manager. Ms. Ross works to build and maintain a strong foundation to support the success of our sales agents. Some of her responsibilities include hiring and training administrative staff; coordinating general office and equipment service contracts and maintenance; and coordinating technological development, integration, and support.
Another key role of Ms. Ross’s is to monitor the industrial real estate market. Darwin maintains a detailed property database of available properties, as well as comparative information on inactive properties. She holds both her Illinois sales license and broker license to assist in showings and marketing properties. Working closely with our sales agents, she facilitates all marketing, advertising, and promotions for Darwin.
