For over 35 years, Mr. Marchel has worked in the construction field. Since 1986, he has focused on the development, management, and inspection of industrial properties for Darwin. He has been instrumental in developing from scratch twelve buildings, totaling over one and a half million square feet. Mr. Marchel manages development projects from conception to actualization, working closely with ownership and lenders, as well as coordinating contractors, proposals, and working closely with municipalities.
Mr. Marchel oversees the upkeep of the buildings in Darwin’s property management portfolio, ranging from daily maintenance to tenant improvements to major build-outs. He performs due diligence inspections and analysis on all of the portfolio’s possible acquisitions.
